Would gladly purchase upgrades if the app worked.

Each time I open the app it thinks south is north. I try recalibrating. The night sky and planets keep jumping on the screen 30-45 degrees every few seconds. At night the app determines the sun is in front of me. In the sky the moon is in front of me, but the telescope guides me elsewhere, and keeps jumping in other directions, not even close. It has my correct longitude and latitude, I went on top of my building with no instructions, but this app couldn’t find north and kept jumping. I pointed the phone straight at the moon. The app found it for a second, then the moon and night sky on the app kept jumping until I was turned about 120 degrees. I gave up.
There’s some great features, but the app doesn’t work.

It’s ok.

Ok look, it’s an alright app I’d give it 3 for the VR it’s pretty good. But it’s not the most fun app. I bet there’d be a better star map app than this. If you had low iOS than I’d consider this app like me I got low so this app isn’t too much of a problem. It’s one if those apps that you use at the start and think it’s pretty good but as the days go by you start to stop using it and then you look at your apps and your like oh that’s still here and you use this. Well that’s what happened to me. I like astrology so this ain’t too bad. Long story short if you have a good device don’t download this if you have a bad device like me download this. It’s alright could be better.

Another disappointment

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this app. We downloaded it in the hope of working out a few constellations. We discovered, however, that for it to be any good, you need the full version. It seems such a shame that these apps, which should be such valuable learning tools, all turn out to be limited access. We don’t all have money to throw away.
