Starfall ABCs 4+

This is one of the best apps we have brought. My daughter loves it, and in very little time spent using it she has developed complete alphabet recognition and has started sounding out words everywhere she sees them. This is such a fun app, uses lots of play, they can use it totally independently and it gives them so much confidence and knowledge. I love that it contains such a variety of activities, and is not as repetitive as other alphabet apps. It also contains songs and rhymes and games, is so interactive, and is positive without being cringeworthy. I am looking forward to the next app from this company- that will take kids to the next stage of reading. I have been looking at lots of other apps since, and none of them are as effective as this one. Thank you for creating this app- its great!

Love this. I had no problem with audio on the iPod or iPhone. It's a bit simple for my 6 year old but my 2 year old is fascinated. He's learning to name everything, calling out letter names and sounds and learning to use the touch screen. He'll look at it with me for an hour at a time, and he's humming the songs as he walks around the house.

If you want your kids to learn how to read use this software. My daughter has been through star fall since she was two and now at five she is reading. I think star fall had a lot to do with this development. Highly recommended to teach your kids phonics and the basics of reading. Well done to the team at star fall.
