Great app
It’s a great app but I wish there was a way to get advertisers to give you the location of where you have to go to see them and not just the area unless they do call card to your email or sms cause I had problems looking for the meeting place’s even if you ask for the exact location some will respond back and some won’t and that causes problems cause it’s like looking for a needle in a haystack just to find them because some people may have to travel a long way for the appointments and it’s not fair if they don’t have the exact location cause they may not know the area well or maybe their first time. I think the advertisers should be held responsible for providing the exact location of the meeting place to those who ask for the location.
Quick access to site but glitchy
Great to be able to access matching jobs posted quickly, but it can be glitchy when using filters. There is no option to report posts to admin. There has been an ad on the site for over a year for a specific project (a titled short film, not a general agency-looking-for-talent ad) that keeps getting extended. As it is advertising the role for children, it’s suspicious that the ad continues to stay in results ad nauseam. Although you can delete an ad from appearing in your results, it’s annoying to not be able to report it from the app like you can on the website.
Stay away- dodgy charging practices!!
Do not sign up to this company. There is no way to end your subscription through the app or their website. They advise that you need to email their customer service. I emailed at least a month before the annual renewal and told them I did not want to renew my children’s profiles and was still charged for both of them. They are refusing to refund saying their policy doesn’t cover annual renewal as it only covers the initial sign up (the original one from 12 months ago) but only if a refund is requested within the first 30 days. So they can continue to take renewal fees without having to refund according to their practices. Deplorable. Not only in this times but also because this site has not led to any work for either of my children. Both of my children have been booked by other means.
Disgusting customer service and I will be reporting to them to the ACCC.
