I appreciate the Stocard App as a cache for all the many stores and institutions for which Membership cards are issued. It sure beats having to carry all those cards around all the time and then having to search for the relevant card when making a purchase or looking for the details.
The site could be improved by tracking the expiry date of listed cards and letting users know of upcoming expiration so that details could be updated before finding out at point of sale.
Also, I have changed my email address and requested you update your records but the process seems complex and convoluted. It should be easy to make such a change online. Thanks.

Update: i’m dropping down to 3 stars because adding a custom photo is really difficult. I cannot get the card to lineup in the box. One finger adjustments try to scroll the whole page instead of moving the card, and two finger scrolling cannot get the picture of the card low enough, even if I oversize the card, there’s always a black space at the bottom and the top of the card cut off. Why do you need to resize my card at all? What if I’ve already taken and cropped the perfect photo? Also when I add a picture of the card to show in my cards list, which is different to adding the front and back of the card, it changes the aspect ratio of the card and places a weird background colour around it instead of just filling the whole space.

Original review: I just took a cm thick stack of cards out of my wallet. Thank you! The location feature is great, bringing up cards I need when I'm at that store, although it doesn't always work. Being able to check points from that app is good too. The only thing I'd suggest is let me choose to use my photo of the card on the cards list, instead of the built in one, especially for card types you don't have in the app.

Doesn’t carry over to new phone

I’ve had this app for over a year and love that it saves me carrying around so many cards and weighing my wallet down. That was until my phone stopped working and I had to get a new one. I was able to upload everything from my old phone including all my photos and apps I was so excited that everything had saved and I just had to log back into apps to get my details. However, when I went to open my stocard up I was extremely disappointed to find that my cards had all disappeared and I can’t even remember what cards I had on there as I threw out all my cards after loading them onto the app originally. I would be super helpful if you could have a log in feature so in future if something happens to your phone or you upgrade it you just log in back in and have access to all your cards again. Very frustrating

No worries, cards are securely saved if you're using Stocard with a registered account. Simply try to restart your device as well as the app. Now your cards should be displayed once again. If it's not the case, tell us more via support@stocardapp.com. We're happy to provide further assistance.
