Never had better!
Stop, Breathe and Think is honestly spectacular, none of the sessions are ‘bad’ and they all leave you calm and refreshed. I’ve only had it for a day and my mood’s already starting to change for the better. If you’re new to the app or are thinking of downloading it- please do! I recommend Micah’s sessions, Lion Mind and Forgiving Yourself, they’re free and don’t need premium, and I personally love the metaphors and calming voices he uses, it leaves me in my own bottle labeled ‘calm’. If you’re scrolling through the reviews to see if you like it or not, just remember that if you reject this experience you may not become calm, you may not have your own jar labeled ‘calm’, remember that this app will change you for the better. Wouldn’t choose anything else.
It's really good!
I love this app so much and have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. I have a daily check in notification on my phone with a time to notify me when to meditate and I love how it gives me stickers, tells me my meditation streak and progress that connects to my health app on my phone to really encourage me to keep up good metal health and meditation. With school, a job and family stuff it can get really stressful, sousing this app has really helped me out during these times. I don't think I really need to pay for a expensive subscription when the free one is all I need. Again, So happy with this app and can't wait to continue using it!
Loving it more and more
I’ve been using this App for about 4 years now, and it really has changed my life for the better. It has helped me deal with anxiety and depression issues, it has helped me develop compassion, for my self and others, which then reduces being judgemental, of my self and others. I love the acupressure series too, Dr Joe is so calming, and his easy tips on using acupressure add to the benefits of meditation.
One suggestion I’d like to make, is that when you use the App at night, the screen could be dimmed somehow? When using the App to help me sleep, it’s quite hard at the end to do my rating with such a bright background 💡☺️🙏🏽💜

Hi Dave. We're so sorry about the issues. The bell is an issue that was introduced with iOS 11.3, and we're continuing to work with Apple to fix it. Currently, it affects the first time you play a meditation when you open the app. The current workaround is to play a 1-minute meditation so that the bell will work for the meditation you want to listen to. It's not an ideal solution, we realize, and we're hoping Apple can fix this shortly. Please make sure you've updated to the latest version of the app for the feed issue, and we're also working to improve and enhance the experience. I'll make sure to pass your comments onto the team.
