Wow, this works
I am totally blown away by this app. I have been a smoker for 30 years, I was smoking around 20 a day. I thought that it would be impossible for me to quit, but this app really works. I listened to it and that was it, I didn't want a smoke at all. The hardest thing was, I was so used to smoking that I wanted one just out of habit, but when I lit one, I didn't want it. So I just keep busy now. It has been 6 days now and I am overjoyed that I am not smoking. I haven't even replaced the cigs with food which I was worried about. I did however reward myself by buying a new handbag. At least I have something to show for my money now.
listened to it once, still smoked a few cigarettes but gave up a few days later, when giving up I kept thinking about the positive things I listened to in this app so I think it did help me , at least if you were having trouble giving up listening to it daily would help for sure .
Wow, this really works didn't believe hypnotism worked until now, smoked for 16 years and haven't had one for 5 days now, only craved a bit one day but hadn't listened to this before bed the night before so gonna make sure I listen every night until I'm stronger!
