Description
The Strappt App is a mobile strapping solution which utilizes the knowledge and experience of an APA accredited Sports Physio to educate and assist in the art of joint strapping for injury rehabilitation and prevention. The Strappt App will keep you in the game wherever you may need it - at work, at home or on the sporting field. The App includes 12 educational videos covering every major body part, including: Ankle (Achilles Support & Ligament Strain), Back (Posture Support), Elbow (Hyper extension), Foot (Planta Fascia), Hand (Wrist, Thumb & Fingers), Knee (Medial Ligament, Patella Femoral & Patella tendon) and Shoulder strapping for Women & Men.

Awesome app BUT so difficult to use on my
iPhone X as the rotating wheel is right at the bottom of the screen, where you slide “up” on an iPhone X to exit the app. As such you effectively get stuck in the app and have you restart your phone to exit!
Highly Recommend
As a physio student this app is a super useful resource to learn how to strap. I’d highly recommend you download it if you’re a student in the health domain, a parent wanting to learn how to strap their child or simply an athlete wanting to learn how to strap themselves. Thank you!
Fantastic!
I have a knee injury which has me at physio every week just to have it strapped... My physiotherapist recommended this app for me to learn to do my own strapping! it's great and very easy to use.. Highly recommend.
