Strawberrynet- Beauty Shopping 4+

Tried to checkout with PayPal. Kept going around and around with the identity picture verifications 6 times before finally proceeding to log me into PayPal. Order then disappeared and I get an email telling to log back in and pay for the order. Then has to repeat another 6 rounds of “I’m not a robot” verifications before being logged into PayPal. After 8 minutes I finally managed to pay for the order. Worst user experience I’ve had in ages.

Strawberrynet has been around for ages, and through this app has evolved into a dated, sad little useless app. This once ‘exclusive brands’ specials powerhouse is now rendered a pointless enterprise who are questionable to deal with (scam alert!).
Expect to find on the app inflated prices, pathetic specials and ridiculous experimental brands & potions.
Got a favourite you go to on Strawberrynet? Forget being able to find it through there awful search database (yep, no engine here, trust me) with inability to review or go back.
This clunky, dated app is obviously a reflection on how well things must be going at Strawberrynet - no revenue to give it a upgrade or revamp. It should be used as a museum piece - “how it all started with apps back in the day”.
Dont expect to find a bargain or a deal in Strawberrynet anymore! Shop around, check EBay - there are other Hong Kong warehouses doing what Strawberrynet was doing once upon a time.
Don’t waste anymore time on Strawberrynet, free yourself!

I am regular shopper of SN and always use the app but at the moment it's proving difficult to shop. The search function isn't working properly. I have to go back and forth a few times before it will give me my search results. After too many attempts at this, I get taken out of the app. Try to go back in and get taken out again. This version's layout is better but the previous but it's a shame it's not functioning properly. Please fix this as soon as possible as I enjoy shopping with the SN app :)
