1. Create interventions and add participants: plan your next interventions and assign participants and detailed activities to each intervention.
2. Track mood and monitor skills: log the mood and evaluate different skills of your participants.
3. Set individual goals: set personal goals with your participants and determine how long you want to keep track of them. Notes will remind you to follow up on the status of the goal.
4. Build social map and track network: map and evaluate the social network of your participants. Evaluate their relationships on frequency, helpfulness and emotional value.

Data will not be commercially exploited. StreetSmart Impact protects your data following the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR). The set-up of StreetSmart Impact offers different user roles with appropriate levels of data access.

Customise StreetSmart Impact to the needs and way of working of your own organisation. The admin function can activate or lock data fields in the app and platform. Adapt topics, activities and skills linked to your interventions and much more.

Available in English, Spanish, French and Dutch. Setting up your account is an easy process. Register your organisation on the StreetSmart Impact platform, complete the basic information, add your colleagues to the organisation and download the app.

Download the I Am StreetSmart remote digital coaching app for youngsters to offer your participants the opportunity to become part of the process. Download the app and link the account to your organisation. This way, participants stay remotely in touch through messaging, online coaching, surveys etc. The I Am StreetSmart app empowers the participants, giving them more control over their data and their personal development process.
