Wonderful app!

I usually wouldn’t write a review but this app deserves it. I work a sit down office job and started to notice myself having pain from the way I was using my computer/prolonged sitting down. This app has changed my life in the way it reminds me to get up and move every hour, and the exercises are really simple yet effective. There’s also breathing exercises and step counter for walks/runs. The app logs your stats too. 3 mins x 8 hours day = 24 mins activity I otherwise wasn’t getting. The yearly subscription is totally worth it. Thank you to the developer and the team for coming up with such an awesome app!!!

Stretchminder is such a helpful app during my sedentary workday

I don't know how I found stretch minder but this app has changed my life. Though I don’t use it as much as I should, it really helps during my workday. I spend most of my time hunched in front of a computer and I have issues with back pain that I go to a professional to look after. The app reminds me to stretch and promotes habits that ease my pain. I don't know why the only review here is 1 star when they didn't even actually try the app!

Must have app for desk workers

Definitely give this app a try! I downloaded it to help me with sore shoulders and neck muscles from desk work, but also because I know that sitting all day is associated with negative health outcomes. This app has genuinely changed my working life. I had no idea I was sitting for such long stretches at a time. I now get up every hour for a stretch or a walk and I feel so much better at the end of the day. Highly recommend!!!!
