So many articles that people are unable to give their opinion on and not all articles are posted to Facebook either. Often there is a family or other group of people that have come unstuck (can’t get home due to COVID etc.) and you can’t even comment to give them ideas or solutions!

Any opinion post needs to allow for differing opinions to be shared and viewed by the readers

Used to be great, lightweight, bloat free news app with a great daily quiz. Then they employed kiddies out of marketing school and the bloat started. Videos and animation galore. Simple buttons were replaced with animated widgets. Then the ads started everywhere too and now the bloat is so extreme the app no longer works at all. Crashes all the time with a blank white screen and no way out but to kill from memory. Complain to devs and response is just to deflect blame onto user. Wrong device/OS/connection/ISP you name it. All the reasons it no longer works are the fault of the user. It’s got nothing to do with Stuff even though they change the app every single week, while you never change anything

Surely we could make an app that doesn’t have to restart whenever you leave it. I hate whenever I’m reading an article and say, I go to reply to a text message, I reopen the app and it restarts at the loading screen. Have to go find the article again, scroll down etc.

It’s annoying and I know none of the other news apps I rely on experience the same issue.

Also, there are a lot of garbage people amongst your readers, I see a lot of hate paired alongside your articles. You find that whenever you allow people to make a comment, but that’s just the time we live in.
