Easy and simple to use app!
Good app, simple to use and not cluttered. I’ve been with Suncorp for over 5 years. However there’s a small recommendation I’m putting forward which would save customers a lot of time. At the moment when we’re transferring money apps or externally, there’s only limited descriptions. I have to type my custom description every time I transfer, can we please allow Customers to save their mostly used customer descriptions. It’s not big Huy would save time and make the experience better. Thanks.
Reference field for “pay a bill” required
I love this app!! Like love love love !! My only complaint is when I transfer money via the “pay a bill” I can’t add a reference! I run all my bill via a credit card outside of Suncorp, I make multiple transactions to it over the month! Would be great to see a reference from the Suncorp account I’ve transferred from!
You can add references to “transfer funds” and “send money” so why not when using “pay a bill”?!?
Why is a nickname required when trying to submit a review?!? I’ve just tried four nicknames and all of them are taken!!! WHY do I need to add this?
Notification update would be great!
Overall Suncorp Bank App is easy to use to transfer fund to and fro... to view transactions from multiple accounts etc. Only negative is that there is no notification alerts when money is being spent. It would be great to receive an app notification from any of your accounts when money is being spent/withdrawn to know the exact money being spent and approval of transactions being made. Also to ensure security and safety of account if card has been stolen or any hackers are spending/withdrawing money. Thanks!
