Needs updating

The app works fine but one thing developers seem to be ignoring for the past 3 months is the notifications bell icon always has a red dot next to it, indicating new messages. Its impossible to delete or mark messages as ‘read’, which is distracting and annoying. This bug has been requested multiple times for updates and phone customer service officers are aware of it. Also, the notification settings only offer ‘weather alerts’?! Is this really an important functionality for an internet banking app?

Needs Instant transfers/ OSKO payments and transfers notifications

Overall the app is nice and easy to use with a great layout and loads of great features.
I’ve been looking to transfer all of my banking over to Suncorp as I’m looking to take out a home loan with them in the future and their great savings account, however I wouldn’t be able to move my banking until they catch up with instant payments/ transfers to other people (OSKO payments) and until they have app transaction notifications so you get an alert when you’re paid/ when your card has been pay waved.

Reference field for “pay a bill” required

I love this app!! Like love love love !! My only complaint is when I transfer money via the “pay a bill” I can’t add a reference! I run all my bill via a credit card outside of Suncorp, I make multiple transactions to it over the month! Would be great to see a reference from the Suncorp account I’ve transferred from!

You can add references to “transfer funds” and “send money” so why not when using “pay a bill”?!?

Why is a nickname required when trying to submit a review?!? I’ve just tried four nicknames and all of them are taken!!! WHY do I need to add this?
