App crashes
Hi my app keeps crashing when I try and open it. Ive tried relaunching several times and restarting my iphone, still no luck. Do you have any recommendations on how I can get it started again?

I am happy to give you 4 star.
But one thing i just don’t like it, few months ago this app suddenly did not work, we try it everyday until few weeks, still did not work. I try google to get some inf, finally many people around the world, have similar situation as me. I and my wife are finally make decision to find another apps. We need 24x7 availability, consistent and reliable App. Especially for someone using this app as home monitoring system, together with their alarm system, i guess all of you the same opinion with me. I do understand about maintenance. Please do the best, so less hours for maintenance purpose.

Can you possibly fix the problem? I cannot use my camera again. It is very annoying. Every time I login is says failed connect what's going on
