Amazing support service!
Excellent app to make some extra cash, I got also offers for more permanent positions in most of the venues where I worked. I needed the support just once, and they have been so fast in getting back to me and solve my problem within a few hours! Thank you immensely, Jordan!
Tip: the home seems a bit chaotic now with Melbourne reopening, I would add maybe the chance to “archive” shifts we don’t wanna see anymore when the shift has been filled/cancelled or whatever and also an option to pin some shifts on the top after applying or that we are particularly interested in.

This app is great. I like to work in hospo irregularly. Those of you who know the feeling of 'gee I wouldn't mind making a few lattes to see if I've still got it' or 'wouldn't mind meeting 150 new people today (customers) and having a fun time' know what it's like to want hospo on your terms - then this is for you.
Those of you who need extra cash. Then this is for you. It's easy to use. Venues are responsive. it's great.
Very bad experience
Well unfortunately I can’t give not a zero star , you guy you have to trust a bit more people that work for you , you blame me for something I haven’t do , I tried so many time explain as I have give a bad review to a restaurant even if that restaurant deserves a very bad review, seeing the state of the place and the food served to people , I’m still disappointed. How you guy care more about money than safety of the food served to family’s 🤬🤬 This is one and to finish you have even tried to make me thinking that I’ve done something that I didn’t do. Ah and also. I’ve worked hours for that money so you can’t tell me to remove a feedback that I didn’t give to get the money of my work done that’s fk crazy wake up
