I really enjoy the app. I’ve used a lot of apps in the past but this app has become a new favourite of mine. I initially had some issues with verification but with a quick message in the live chat it was sorted almost instantly. Additionally the lovely live chat employees helped me with my banking concerns and app features. Overall the app has been a success and I’ve told my friends about the new features and bonus offers that the app offers.
Horrible app
Where do I start, the app is so glitchy and broken I have placed multiple bets saying that they are confirmed and I go back to check my winnings and it says I didn’t even pace the bet. Also the same thing happening to me with a multi on 2 horse races where it wouldn’t let me combine for no reason and in result I didn’t get to place the bet on and both horses won. So I called customer service thinking I would get some money or at worse a bonus bet but they said there’s nothing they can do to help me. There whole call centre is in the Phillipines which makes it very hard to here them because it cuts out constantly and they are very hard to understand and not very helpful. Also when you place a bet it doesn’t come out of your balance until 5 minutes later so I have had countless times where I have placed the bet twice thinking I didn’t place it.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I have been a casual punter for many years and used all the major bookies Tab, Sportsbet, Ladbrokes etc. They have always been great to d walk with. I tried a promotion to use Surge and it has been a nightmare. Within a week of opening the account they have frozen the account and won’t release funds. The only crime I have made is have a win of $400. They want stat Dec signed, payslips, 1 month of bank statement etc. Threatened that they may or may not return funds depending on their decision. They are very rude on the phone and don’t care at all. Please avoid at all cost and don not use them! I will be taking this as far as I can with the gambling regulators to teach them a lesson and make this very public on social media!!
