SwannEye HD App for ADS-460 Wi-Fi All Weather Camera
Bought 3 of the WiFi Cameras and used this app with non stop issues over the last 2 months. Only installed one Camera to test it out luckily and have not installed the other 2. Camera continuously goes offline and will not go back online until you either switch it off, reset it or turn your router on and off again. Lucky to go more than 24 hours without camera going offline. Have messaged Swann and tried their suggestions and multiple other settings/configurations to no success. Total waste of money as it currently malfunctions. Have wasted so much time/effort with this investment. Please Swann, can you update and test this App/Camera thoroughly to fix these issues? Not to mention issues accessing recorded alerts when it does stay online.....Arghhhhhhhhh

How many Swann Apps are in the Apple Store and all of them have bad reviews. So many its confusing to your customers and none of them work properly anyway.
If you are going to stay in business then I suggest you buck your ideas up and employ people who can write apps that actually work !!! What us the point of buying a security camera if you cant use the App to view it ??? Like everyone else I constantly get "time out" errors when trying to view my cam. This has been going on for ages now. I am tired of resetting my camera only to have it timeout the next time I try to view it remotely.
Mr Swann, kick your App employees' collective butts because there are plenty of other competing brands of security cameras out there now and your app lets down what are generally good cameras.
Worst product and tech support ever
Purchased the 445 a week ago and was happy for the first two days. Then I started experiencing connection issues, sound issues and login issues. I reported all the issues after being on hold for over an hour only to be told to turn the camera off and try again in 24hrs. I gave it 72hrs still without being able to login only to be told by tech support again to wait another 24hrs and it should work. When asked what the problem was they replied server issues but was then told in the same conversation that it was data migration issues. When asked to clarify which one was the actual issue they couldn't give me an answer. Absolute waste of time and money, will be returning for a complete refund tomorrow
