Every Time I Click The Search Bar It Instantly Crashes It’s Driving Me Nuts

Same issue in the original Telegram. Telegram broke search for old iOS. Their recommendations:
1. Update OS
2. Use search in web version
3. Use “Pencil” icon it top right corner
