It’s good!
So I downloaded Swiggy as soon as I found out it’s available where I live, and the first few orders were great! But we need a different screen for iPad it looks so messed up on tabs/iPads! Besides that it’s a good app :)
Very bad Customer service
Buy mistake I selected wrong location and I did online payment , then I tried changing my address with customer service, They dint even respond, for sometime , then he told delivery guy is already reached your location, but he dint reach tat location he was still 15min away I check with delivery guy and he was also waiting, this customer service people are simply lied, and he told me will charge he asked me to address, I sent him , after tat no response for some time 20 min I waited then they told me not Abel to change will cancel and refund you back I told on once it got canceled they are telling we r not Abel to refund the amount they just say sorry, they don’t do anything, now are days SWIGGY CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS VERY BAD, I dint get my order and my refund back I’m really unhappy with my order :(
Very Bad experience with Hyd swiggy Team
Ordered food from Tabla Hyderabad restaurant kukatpally branch, received food on time but one item is missed , requested through help chat swiggy taken this priority and reordered that missed item from same restaurant, but after 30mins i got call from customer care they said delivery executive met with an accident re assigning another executive, after 1hr I received call from another hyderabad executive mr. srinivas and he is saying executive is not reachable so cancelling the order from swiggy side , i ordered food at 9pm , now time was 11pm these 2hrs story runned by swiggy CC centre, very upseted experience from this app, zomato #zomato is better then this, they are not very prompt in customer care service , pls don’t use this app for food choose alternative apps for better experience. Thank you.
