In addition to the password, the SwissID App increases the security of your SwissID account. When you log in to an online service, you receive a login request on your mobile phone. Simply swipe on the screen to confirm or reject it. So, you have full control of your login requests.
• Identity check
Do you need proof of identity? With the SwissID App, you can identify yourself quickly, easily and securely via your mobile phone anytime, anywhere. Simply scan your valid identification document and record a video of your face.

Unable to Verify identify
I have tried to verify my identity at least 50 times and spent so much time on this app and I keep getting a identity check fail.
It also makes my phone glitch and freezes up when I an in the app.
Very bad user experience.

Please email us at app@swissid.ch with information about the country of issue of the ID document, type of your cell phone (IOS version, iPhone type), app version and SwissID username. We would be happy to look at this in detail.

Just downloaded new version and cannot get beyond the first screen (no next no scroll).. resolved as i use larger text for accessibility the full screen is not visible (switched to small text and ok )
Password
Same issue, totally useless in setting up password one of the worst I have come across!!
