Been in Swyftx for 2 months and what I like are:

Looking forward for:

One of the best Australian exchanges!

Not bad at all and coming from a beginner in the crypto space I tried different exchanges at first, particularly the few located in Australia and I found Swyftx to be one of the best for me, the app interface is basic and simple, and doesn’t hurt my head. Nothing perfect as with any exchange, take any exchange with a grain of salt including this one as having your currencies on online exchanges is never guaranteed fully safe compared to a cold storage wallet which is recommended however Swyftx does awesome work providing the tools and protection to their customers, and us as customers have to take some responsibility to do the rest of the work to protect ourselves and our investments, and that includes doing the KYC which no one likes but Swyftx are required by law to do it, which brings me to my next point… the customer service. The customer service is fantastic and friendly, never experienced a problem and usually contacted by an actual person within reasonable timeframe obviously depending if it’s the weekend which I have actually gotten reply back on the weekend which was a welcome pleasant surprise. All in all Swyftx isn’t bad at all and with the low fees if any at all and low spreads what else could you want? They are however constantly updating and growing while listening to their customers and it absolutely shows. 5/5 stars would buy the high and sell on the low again using Swyftx.

Best for Australians by miles

Being new to crypto and playing with money you want safety and service and speed. You get it all here and also their fees are better than most because you dealing direct from Australian currency so you don’t need to go through China or India or Europe, so no third party fiat banks and again speed. The platform on your desk top is great. The service is the best, they verified me in minutes , coin jar took over 14 days snd following up so many times meanwhile the markets changed, useless!!! I am now on diamond status, have a portfolio I control and feel like my money for the first time is something I can control not the banks or anyone . There is also a referral program and I keep referring people close to me because I don’t want them to miss out and totally believe this platform is the best for our local crypto needs as they based in Brisbane and understand what we require. Thank you Swyftx for existing to make this easier for us to transition from fiat currency into crypto or back if we need to understanding Australians needs.
