In the newest update we've made your experience even smoother by ensuring that if any issues arise with your Sykes break you can make changes to your booking, such as changing the dates of your getaway, adjusting the number of guests joining you on your holiday, and adding or removing pets. Cancellation of Holiday
I have to cancel my holiday be cause of the Covid crisis. I have in the past been a customer of Sykes and as I failed to take out out insurance I have lost £160 which is now is i refundable . I will never again use this site. I can say that other agencies have refunded my money with a deduction of a booking fee but not this lot.
