Notifications still not working

Thank you for returning my feedback after a while but I still do not have my notifications (and yes I made sure to have notifications turned on banners, sounds and badges)
Looking forward for an update that works.

Hi Andersonalt,
Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear you're having issues with the app. Please ensure that you have push notifications enabled on your phone. Additionally, when signing out of the app, you will receive a message asking whether you want to continue receiving notifications after exiting, ensure you select YES. If you are still having troubles, please contact nimbus Support (support@nimbus.cloud) with further details of your issue and the team will be happy to assist.

App won’t work

App won’t let me sign in. I’m using correct login and password . I can sign in on lap top or work desktop but not app . It worked fine for months until I logged out as training modules would not complete, I literally had to do them over and over one I had to do at least 20 times, I was told to sign out and sign back in , it fixed the training module issue but the following day it signed itself out and now I can’t sign back in! Yes I have deleted app and downloaded it at least 5 times now and nope no dice !

Guys I do really like the app and I know this isn’t the right platform to report a problem but the report a problem option needs some fine tuning as it wouldn’t allow me to complete it.

Anyhow of late I have been receiving double notifications. It’s rather annoying.
