Great app but the old version was better

T3 is a great read and more so on the iPad. Kudos to you for taking advantage of the touchscreen and making the magazine more interactive. There are some user challenges though. I can no longer read the magazine in landscape mode. At the moment I don't know how to return to the library. I'm stuck inside the magazine and can't get out to read previous editions. Not the most intuitive user experience. I was happy with the no frills app of before and enjoyed it more than the new one. I hope it can improve over time.

Don’t subscribe not updated magazine for months

Last new edition was a few months ago and they are not providing updates. I’ve paid full year subscription. They are not responding to emails

Soon to be ex subscriber

I've been buying Australian T3 since it first hit the news stand, never subscribing but rarely missing an issue. I took out an iPad subscription late last year and the experience since then has been anything but smooth. When I eventually get the magazine to download and open without crashing I get the feeling that the tech team put trying out iPad features above that of actually consuming the content. Switching to the standard version delivers a slightly more stable, if less dazzling experience. A number of the problems I've encountered with the magazine are shared with others from the Future stable (I subscribe to 5), however Australian T3 is without doubt the most problematic. I subscribe to more than 30 iPad based magazines and therefore think that the problems are not related to my iPad. I saw the August copy of Australian T3 on the news stand yesterday and today I can also see it in the online Store, however even though I have a current subscription I can't see it in my Library. Just adds insult to injury. Whilst the price of an iPad subscription to Australian T3 compares favourably with the print edition you only need to look at the prices of other digital offerings to see that the landscape has changed. If the publishers of Future remain complacent I, for one, will vote with my wallet.
