無法同一個手機提取多張票
今天帶三歲兒子坐火車，兩週前就已訂好兩張票，但一隻手機只能提取一張票，想說台鐵工作人員應該知道怎麼處理。
結果驗票時我不清楚app操作，只看的到一張票。我以為工作人員應該有受過類似教育訓練可以幫我在app上找出另一張票，沒有，我又被收了一次車票錢。
後來才在歷史訂票紀錄裡找到，其實不難，但當時被質疑時很緊張有點慌。一張票不貴，是感受的問題。平常不住台灣，非常非常偶爾才會用到台鐵訂票app。經過這次覺得這app is not family friendly.
Says it supports Apple Wallet but doesn’t
The App Store listing says this app supports Apple Wallet, but it does not. There no way to add your tickets into Apple Wallet and instead you’re forced to open the app every time to scan the QR code. This is really inconvenient. Please add support for adding tickets to Apple Wallet!
