Perfect dose of daily inspiration - easy to use
I love it! It makes me pause for a minute, it reminds me to breathe deep, and once I am calm I get to read nuggets of wisdom that either teach me or inspire me.
I will be honest, I don’t open it every day. But every time I do, it’s just makes things a bit better.
I love how there is added scientific facts as well.
All in all, reminds me how to be a better person and a better partner, and enjoy the important things in life.

I love this app! It has become such a welcome part of my day and helps to shift my perspective. With all the negative input around us today it's great to have such a constructive reminder on how to reconnect with all the positives.
