Ratings and Reviews
Great for study and travel
Had a temporary glitch during which it treated me as offline even when I was online but deleting and reinstalling it fixed the problem. Otherwise much better than Google Translate. Using it for French, Indonesian, Italian and Spanish.

Not user friendly
Needs more user-friendly controls.
1. Deleting a translation after you’ve used it is a pain, leaving the screen confusingly cluttered with old translations - common swipe left and tap ‘delete’ doesn’t work.
2. There’s nothing to let you know the app is thinking about the translation and you’re left looking at a completely blank screen, totally unaware of what’s happening. You and your friends and the person who you’re trying to speak to are left staring at a totally blank screen.
These may seem like small complaints but in the retail environment, or restaurant, or street with a stranger, when you’re using the app you need simplicity and clarity, otherwise it’s simply less stressful to type in the question to a free app.

We will take notes from the suggestions you provided, but we would also like to know what happens when you try to swipe left and delete. App is getting stuck not translating properly took $65
Hi I wanted to trial this app and found out that it’s getting stuck and not translating the voice as I want it to be for my learning work. Also without knowing it automatically renewed the subscription for an year and charged $65. I don’t like to pay for an app that I’m not going to use and certainly not for an year. From customer point of view this is like a scam where I have to pay for an app for an year that I don’t intend to use. Appreciate if you can refund as Apple is not willing to refund this.

Hello,
It is very clear from our trial tab that it is a 7 day trial in which you can test the features, and if you don't like the app you can cancel your payment.
Subscriptions are not handled by us but rather the App Store, we cannot change your subscriptions if you forgot to renew it, cancel, etc.
If you have contacted Apple and they refused to give you a refund, there is nothing we can do.
