Our mission is to replace your planner, habit tracker, reminder app, and calendar with a single app, so you can concentrate on whatever needs to be done instead of wasting time on each separate app.
We've put an incredible amount of effort into our interface, and as a result it came out clean and simple, while at the same time uniting all of Tappsk's functionality on one screen.
Our pride and joy:
• The home screen, on which you can see all your tasks and can edit each date with the swipe of one finger.
• Forming helpful habits: they're easy to create and even easier to track.
• A calendar to see your list of tasks for a particular day.
• Reminders you'll never miss! Tappsk will keep reminding you of your pending task until you decide what you want to do with it.
• Using your voice to record your tasks has never been easier...
• Share your tasks: use any convenient method to send them to your friends and they'll automatically show up in their Tappsk.
• Subtasks: create checklists and divide your tasks into smaller chunks.
• An array of routine activities based on your interests: select and set the activities you do on a regular basis to appear as often as you like.
• Hidden lists: eg., lists of books or movies, which will not show up on the home screen.
• A logbook that allows you to analyze your task history from any given day.

"Premium" feature payment:
If you decide to use an unlimited number of recurring tasks, reminders, habits and the "share" function (this is optional), your iTunes account will be charged as soon as you confirm the purchase. The Premium subscription is billed annually.
The App Store will automatically renew your subscription after 1 year unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.

Love this app!
Have been using this app for a while now and love it. It’s great having the daily goals as well as general tasks with checklists. Is nice and clear and easy to use. The only thing that would make it better is if the tasks automatically went into the list in order of time. I find as I tick things off one day, they go into the next day but not in time order, so I then have to move everything around before I go to bed to put all my tasks in the right order for the next day. Would be great if this could be updated at some stage. Other than that I love it!
Would love if you could sync shared tasks not in a family share group
I love this app and am using it both in my shop as our daily to do list and also at home with kids. I share tasks from my personal phone to the shop mobile for my staff to check and they share tasks back with to me. Same goes with my husband, kids etc. However, it would be fantastic if a shared task would sync and update between phones so that I can see “xyz job done”. Wondering if that’s possible if we’re not in a family sharing group? I don’t want work to receive my family tasks. Otherwise it’s great and I am trying to get our school committee to adopt using it too.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re happy to know that you enjoy Tappsk. We totally agree with you, it would be fantastic! And that’s exactly what we’re going for!
For now, we’ve completed work on iCloud support. With your next update, you’ll be able to sync all your data across your devices. However, shared lists is a more complicated thing, but it won’t stop us from implementing it.
Right now we’re focused on adopting Tappsk for iPad and then for macOS, so we could give our user maximum out of the iCloud. After that, we might focus on shared lists but unfortunately, we can’t give any promises on when it’ll be implemented.

My search is finally over
I have literally been looking for an all in one habit tracker, planner, list maker, recurring events and calendar for a year . I have installed and deleted 50 odd apps as they never ticked all the boxes or the cost was prohibitive. I can honestly say this little app is exactly what I have wanted and needed and I subscribed within a couple of hours . The cost is minimal considering the developer has covered all of the above and my search is finally over .
