About the freezing issue, we are very sorry for it, you may tell us at which section you usually stuck, so we could inspect the issue deeper. You could also contact us in the game, so you could provide us relevant screenshots or videos.

About the coins and upgrades questions, firstly, you could earn extra coins from hitting more combos in the level. As for upgrading, we will recommend you to upgrade in advance since upgrades take time, and upgrades do cost diamonds and coins at the same time. But there are also many ways to earn free diamonds in the game, watching videos, daily sign-up in the game, completing daily task, etc. We will try to create more and more events for players.

Problem

1- can’t claim cupcake anywhere
2- every level is timed - too many times levels
3- double price ad only appear once not every level
3- no diamonds giving each level usually each level other games give u one diamond each
4- no other activities to win money or diamonds

If you are bothered by the ads, you might consider spending little money purchasing the No Ads to remove the pop-up ads. For the cupcakes, currently, we don't provide free cupcakes in the game, you might watch videos to get free diamonds and use diamonds to redeem cupcakes. For the broccoli cutting board, our developer team is inspecting the issue. Please stay tuned~
