TCLMOVE is a dedicated application for TCL wearable devices, which allows you to keep in touch with the TCL MOVETIME Family watch (MT30/MT30W). Once you have paired with your family watch, you can stay in touch with your kids, track their locations, talk, set safe zones, and more.

How to reset a password??
This app is actuayquite nice. Until it logged off by itself and I’m unable to log in again, despite using the correct email and password. I then click on the forgot password to set up new password. Clicking so many times but no emails sent.
Imunot even sure how do I go to contact support about this??
Can’t create account to begin?!?
Keeps telling me to enter pin which has been sent to my email. But nothing in email, junk, etc. cant use it :/
Not real time
App is not giving current location of the watch until close it then reopen it again. Also, receiving notifications of the messages but when opening the app can’t find the message until close it off.
