One of my favourite business tools
I did a bit of research across the range of Apps available to use as a teleprompter to record informational videos for my website and social media. Choosing this product was a bit of a leap of faith with the subscription cost but it has been a great investment. It has a lot of features and they are customisable. My favourite is the altering the speed and the other is it transcribing voice to text for subtitles. Even from imported videos!

Missing videos, bad customer service
I use this app to record videos for an important project, I had no issue with paying to upgrade my account and download the videos, but when I did this I had to log out of my account and then some of the videos/takes recorded were gone. I contacted support to explain my issue and the only response I got back was that if I had delete them they can’t recover the videos which is not what happened, I understand if the app glitched or it was just a tech issue, but the fact that no one looked into this and when I emailed back and tried to explain the issue I got no answer. I got better communication with Apple support. Honestly very disappointed
Love this app!!
Love that you can control where you see the script making it look more natural when on camera. I look forward to seeing what else I can create for my company in the future.
