The Telstra Device Care App is an innovative new tool from Telstra that helps you to manage your mobile device. It provides you with seamless content transfer between devices, cloud backup & restoration of your content, Self-Care to keep your device running at its best and Assisted-Care, where support from a trained expert is required to troubleshoot any issues.
Content transfer and Backup/Restore: Using a WiFi network or a phone to phone peer network to transfer your Contacts, Calendars, Photos & Videos from your old device to your new device. Also you can backup your content to your cloud storage to keep your important information safe and secure, then restore to your new phone.
Self-Care: Self-Care allows you to run basic device diagnostics, with single click resolutions, to ensure that your phone is working at its peak.
Assisted-Care: With Assisted-Care you can provide an authorised Telstra Agent with the ability to securely and remotely pair with your phone and initiate a range of advanced diagnostics and hardware tests. With these tests we can determine if your device has an issue that can be resolved, or confirm if a fault exists and initiate steps to repair or replace the device, depending on the situation.

Cannot scroll down on the first page to even accept the terms. Can’t click continue. If you can’t scroll down to get past the very first page of your app, you’ve got problems.
