Live streaming is great, ads repeat over and over

I live in a rental with appalling antennae reception that apparently can’t be fixed. I rely heavily on live streaming from apps on my tv. The Ten Play live stream works like a dream but I am going insane hearing the same 4 ads over and over and over and over and over and over. None of the ads are even relevant. There is no Hungry Jacks here, I’m done with having kids so drinking in pregnancy is not relevant, some Tik Tok ad- why? Please get some new ads or play them less. It’s causing me to avoid watching Ten at all.

When is the problem going to be fixed?

I absolutely agree with everyone else’s comments. I don’t know what is happening but I just keep getting the “Sorry there is a problem” notice which has only happened in the last couple of days. I watch The Bold and the Beautiful each day and the Episode 8017 has disappeared altogether and Episode 8018 cannot be opened at all it goes on to The Bay instead. I’m really getting fed up with this. I am usually a very patient person but these updates are driving me round the bend plus the amount of adverts shown in the very short programme time. There are 8 minutes of ads and there's no way of avoiding them. It’s too many. Could you please sort this issue out with someone who knows what they are doing. Sorry to be blunt but that is how I feel I’m afraid.

Worst streaming app I’ve seen

This app is woeful. Ads are ridiculously frequent and repetitive, the app prevents fast forward and rewind without having to endure multiple ads, but of course you don’t know whether you’ve fast forwarded to the right spot because the ads get in the way… so when you do get to the wrong spot, and you go to move to the right spot, you again have to endure more ads. This wouldn’t be such a terrible issue (except that it is) if the app properly synchronised across devices. Which it does not. At least not reliably.
The search functionality in the app is pathetic. The app doesn’t learn anything about its user to suggest programs of interest and it’s generally unintuitive.
If you plan to watch something on channel 10 it’s probably best not to watch it using this app.
