The TerryWhite App is your pocket health carer, helping you stay in control of your health and saving you valuable time. The Tap-To-Refill and Snap-n-Send features make it easy to order your medications ahead of time, while GP Link will also cut down on those seemingly endless hours spent waiting to see your doctor for a new script.

Your pocket health carer will also make sure you are taking your medications safely, effectively and on time. With our Take-My-Meds feature, you won’t have to set dozens of different alarms throughout the day to remind you to take your medication. Just enter a couple of details and the App will alert you when it’s time to take a particular medication.

You can also access your entire script history and will receive automatic reminders for when your prescription supply is low or a new prescription is needed, so you never get caught without medication. Simple!

Carer Mode® is the ultimate tool if you care for someone who’s not quite up to doing it themselves. With Carer Mode® you can manage other family members’ medications, set alerts, request prescription repeats – all the same features as if you were using the App yourself. The App remembers all the information so that you don’t have to, and you get the peace of mind that all their medication is being administered as it should.

- Tap-To-Refill -
Order script repeats and have them ready to collect when you arrive – skip the queue!

- Snap-n-Send -
Similar to tap-to-refill, you can also send a photo of your prescription to have it ready in advance!

- Fill-My-Scripts -
Get script reminders when your medication supply is low or overdue.

- Carer Mode® -
Manage prescriptions and medications for those in your care.

- Take-My-Meds -
Receive alerts when it’s time to take medication doses throughout the day.

- Medication List -
Access your full prescription history including repeats, dosage and supply details – updated each time you fill a script.

- GP link -
Link the app to your local GP for easy repeat prescription requests

Disappointed better when it was just Terry White not Medadvisor

Update to my past review-Biggest mistake Terry White did was adopt medadvisor as the platform for their app. It worked much better before these clowns took over and they always say “they’re onto it” about fixing issues. They make it even harder now to report an issue with the app.
Previous review:
I’ve used this app for a while now, but the recent update via medadvisor who manage the app has disabled ability to access and have to go to website. They advise they are onto it but I noticed a recent transaction where I paid for medications via the app but I also have a record I paid for meds at pharmacy as well so I’ve paid twice and have no record through the pharmacy to show I had collected the meds twice. So although I will continue to use the app I won’t be using it for any payments. I’ll stick to paying in store.

Note to pharmacist not user friendly

Wanted to make a note for the pharmacist as a mistake had been made with my last order and not corrected for my new order leaving me without a current prescription however I am unable to see what I am typing as the keyboard is covering the note box and also making it impossible to correct spelling mistakes as again the keyboard is covering the note box and only allows you to start typing where you left off

Same log on different pharmacy apps

I had trouble logging in to the Priceline app earlier today. I tried resetting my password without success. When I tried to create a new account, I got a message indicating that I already had an account on the TerryWhiteChemmart app.

I logged on to the TerryWhiteChemmart app and found that my medication history could now be seen on the TWC app. I then successfully logged on to the Priceline app with the user name and password that I used for the Priceline app.

I found that it is possible to log on to the Priceline, TerryWhiteChemmart and MedAdvisor apps with the same user name and password.

Each app looks much the same and works quite well. The medication history appears to be the same in each case.. The pharmacy chain that the app initially displays depends on the last log on.
