Brilliant automation, insightful data & useful logging
Tessie has been with me since day 3 of my Tesla ownership, I’ve referred many to the Tessie experience during my time as a user. Of particular benefit is the ability to lock the Tesla into strictly off peak only charging with both cut off and resume Charing fully automated based on times. We open and close our boot using Siri as we’re approaching the car as well which is really helpful with no key fob. Finally come tax time the export function for log booking is an absolute life saver.

Really impressed by everything available in Tessie, and more should be made of the free Apple Watch support even without a subscription (though the subscription is also well worth it if you like data).
Non intuitive and unreliable
Tried to set up a simple routine charging within certain periods at certain currents. No simple way to do it. Have to use two different settings which just seems crazy, and after doing it in following instructions from Support, it went and charged my maximum rate despite me having current set super low.
If it worked as advertised, I’d love it, but right now if I’m paying for a subscription. It’s costing me money but not delivering. Could be a great app but need polish.
Main positive is online support was prompt but often not clear.

The settings are different because other people may want to not link those two settings together. Teslas can only set the current while plugged in, so you'll want to set the current when it's plugged in. Setting the current while the car is driving, for example, will have no effect.
