Great new design - it’s been a long time coming
I would’ve given this app a 5 star but since the latest update, when you complete your check-in process neither the receive by email boarding pass nor the add to passbook (in this case apple wallet) works for me. Choosing the ena option never sends the boarding pass and using the add to passbook option loads some unrecognisable text. It’s very bizarre! Apart from that the app is great and a much welcome redesign.
Easy to use App
I really like the Thai Air app - easy to navigate and use, always quick to check in and I just used it for the first time to book a flight and was really impressed
App has iPhone 15 glitch
The app becomes unresponsive with top left arrow and top right X navigation selection as well as the user profile image on top left of screen. Apple checked my iPhone 15 and it was perfect. Swapped it to another iPhone 15 and the same issue is present. App developer may need review and update the app to suit the newest iPhone 15 models. Thai Airways app was always easy to use and navigate for flight bookings but is now not fully functional with Apple iPhone 15.
