This app has kept me accountable daily and I’ve never been so in tune and focussed on my health and activity.
In the process I’ve lost 20kg through consistency as the app keeps my motivation and discipline up, knowing I need to tick the boxes.
And an added bonus is the prizes that come from
Landing in the top 8. I’ve been able to save all my winnings, where I’ll treat myself to a new wardrobe of clothes to reward myself for all my hard work and effort.
I’ve been excited to see friends and colleagues sign up and focus on their health, especially desk workers to go out and get their steps daily on their breaks now.
Really hope this app keeps growing, would love to see some engagement with gym chains so that it could get me going and scan the gym to get points on each visit - that would definitely get me in more!! Keen to see where the app development continues to go

As a premium member, I’m enjoying the additional benefits of using my points towards products, services and experiences with likeminded businesses and users that share the same vision. The user interface is easy to use and seamlessly integrates with my Apple health app. Highly recommend the Academy app to anyone wanting to elevate fitness and lifestyle goals.

The app gives me incentives for working out that I can use one other things. So it’s not just the physical gains I’m getting. It also helps keeps me focused and has these cool reminders to stay focused on my daily goals!
