I placed 20 bets and won off a $10 bonus bet at $150 (I am UNABLE to withdraw the funds).
Worst bookmaker I have ever come across, you will follow their RIDICULOUS terms and conditions which include no two bets on the same race and no bets under $2 and also no returns on any bet returns(which they DONT offer). They will hold your winnings for over a week and you will have customer service lying to you and making up terms and conditions as they go. I was told I had made a $100 BET. Which my maximum bet was of $15. I was then told I placed bets for odds under $2. I placed 20 bets with odds all over $5.

It is obvious that the customer service agents wage is all of YOUR winnings, they will not let you withdraw them.

I honestly can’t recommend this bookmaker any less, they need to be taken down as this is illegal.

They cancelled my withdraw after turning over my deposit at their required 2.00 odds, due to the match that it was turned over on to be “no longer eligible” to fulfil turnover requirements (after the bet won).

Cancelled my withdraw request and reset my withdrawable balance to 0. Support is now completely non-responsive now that I have ONCE AGAIN turned over at 2.00 odds after cancelling my withdraw request and being unresponsive on all “contact us” branches.

Please stay away there are many better brokers out there, why would you lose your money as soon deposit into the site without even getting a punting chance ?

I followed their 333 bonus for $1000 deposit and I met all their requirements for turning over my balance. After turning over my balance I eventually had just under $4000 in my account. At this time I wanted to withdraw my funds, to find that my account wasn’t verified.

Fair enough it’s happened plenty of other times at different bookies. But THIS WAS THE ISSUE, every email I sent was responded to with “we are sending this to a account manager”

This happened almost every day for about three months. I lost interest and didn’t have access to MY MONEY for close to THREE MONTHS.

Cant believe they still have their licence and can’t believe they were given it in the first place.

DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM.
