Description

The Dresden Transport Museum shows on 5000 square meters of exhibition space exhibits on the history of the different modes of transport: Railways, urban transport, road transport, air transport and shipping. The museum was opened in 1956 and is located in Johanneum, an annex of the Royal Palace at Dresden's Neumarkt.

Visitors can experience various exhibits up close such as to fly in a helicopter simulator.

The MuseumsApp of the Dresden Transport Museum offers a comprehensive and exciting audio guide to the exhibits of the permanent exhibition. Furthermore includes the MuseumApp information about the opening time and the journey.

We wish you much fun on the way through the history of mobility.
