A gift in this time

Fleur’s meditations are like a kind and gentle friend walking you back home to the wiser parts of yourself that have gotten lost in the ‘busyness’ of life. I am so excited to have an entire app of her meditations I can easily access to restore my inner calm and peace, in a way that cultivates the habit of mindfulness in my busy life.

Beyond grateful for this app- a must have for anyone in our face-paced, results-driven world.

Incredible, every time

I love how achievable the meditations are on this app. The way Fleur asks you to relax into it and gets you solely thinking of your breath, in a realistic, non expectant way, is a beautiful start to each unique meditation. My all time favorite is the Mountain, Ocean and Sky meditation. I listen to my intuition each day and am guided to a variety. All of them wonderful. Thank you.

Fleur helps transform my days

I’ve recently started to meditate daily and Fleur’s advice and guidance via her meditations in the morning, often improves my day.

Fleur is so good at identifying the simple habits that limit us, and giving a simple process or intention to move through it to a better place.

I feel reassured that she takes a scientific approach and merges that with her practicality so that I can actually apply her advice within my busy, chaotic day.

Her voice is lovely and relaxing and the music written to accompany her meditations is sublime. The combination is truly transformative. I could not recommend this app highly enough and wish there was a sixth star!
