Quite possibly the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. Trying to do anything from logging in, to actually submitting an order, is near impossible. It never remembers your log in and you have to select a store just to open the app from a long list of suburbs and postcodes. Useful only if you know where you are. We know very well by this point that apps can use location data to automatically suggest a store near you. If you actually manage to get to the checkout screen, payment pop ups flicker, freeze and fail. To pay, I need to reselect and log in to PayPal two or more times. The only other option is paying by typing in your card details. There are so many better ways to pay now, and a million better app creators than hungryhungry. Frankly it’s been so bad for so long that it’s just laziness or penny pinching at this point. Jolly Miller is such a big franchise now that the app seriously lets down the employees and franchises that work hard to make our customer experience better.

Just to order a coffee, you have to sign up. The app should could have been simply designed to take in an order and sign up be optional at the end. But what is the dealbreaker for me is that no Apple pay. Who remembers their card numbers and the Paypal interface was totally unusable. Someone should tell the people behind this app to just go for Apple pay and get rid of Paypal and save whatever they are paying to Paypal for the integration
