Too Basic

I was after a basic espresso recipe app, but this is too basic.
The problems I encountered entering my first shot recipe were:
1. I have an espresso machine with an in-built grinder. The app requires the machine to be entered twice - one as a machine and once as a grinder. It should be possible to pick the machine as the grinder.
2. The coffee does not have a field for identifying the type (eg 100% Arabica), nor any notes about it (flavours, roast level etc.)
3. The dose setting is only in grams. My machine has a dose dial that must be set (eg a particular coffee may require a dose level of 19 to achieve 12g). I need to be able to record the dose level, as well as the weight, but can only do so as a shot note.
4. The brew temperature is in Fahrenheit, but I use Celsius. There are no options to change this.
5. Brew recipes are only listed by date created. There is no way to find a particular shot (eg by coffee brand or name).
6. There is no field for recording the yield, so brew ratios can't be calculated or displayed.
7. I'm not sure what should be entered as the shot"grade". Is it a taste rating?
8. You can't just enter an extraction time for a shot; you have to run a timer and stop it at the time you've determined. You can't reset the time to zero either.
