Love buying from the real real , I always find what I want reasonable price , the only problem I have is the shipping price I find it expensive, and if the product doesn’t fit I have to sent it back another charge, I have to be very careful when I’m choosing now , overall I’m satisfied and reaching with the staff at real real is prompt , I had no problem at all , one other thing to add you not doing the if I bought over 1000 get the deal 🤗

Customer service pathetic
Tried to buy a Dior hat, no size listed. Contacted staff via chat. Told me they would get back to me. Never did. Sent an email. No reply. Sent another email no reply again. Contacted again via chat. told they would get back to me. Never did. Contacted staff via chat again, they gave me the radius or diameter, I told them I need the circumference. Promised to get back to me again. About a month later and I still don’t know the size. This should have been listed with the product all along just like Dior does. I’d hate to have actually bought from them and had a problem if this is their customer service
