Advertisements are annoying

You are the oldest and most trusted North Indian newspaper for the NRIs overseas.

In my opinion, there has to be balance between the online advertisements revenue and the user experience. The online newspaper is too full of advertisement, not user friendly and comes across as tabloid with a very busy layout.

Similarly, you should consider how many adult advertisements (of quality advertisers) should be appearing. After all there is still large number of families who appreciate decorum and sensible use of the internet.

Some articles/ news content has repeated content in them. More rigorous publishing checks need to be in place.

I will also like to see a pages on the history of Punjab and major political concerns with scientific / area specialists providing solid opinion to save our Punjab having a special placeholder in your paper.

Thanks for considering.

Very bad app experience

Advertisement is thrown everywhere inside app.
cannot listen to music in background while reading news.
it starts playing sounds from advertisements, no way to make it stop.
each news story you have to click on read button to actually read news. and the button is stuck between large banners of advertisement.
No platform native experience at all.
