Intuitive and clean interface! Great app!

I love that the app is clean and intuitive - the last thing I want during workout is too much navigating. Exercise selection is large and categorized. You can easily add exercises to your workout with desired reps and sets. All your workouts are recorded in the log for future references.

Now my favorite part - After you start the workout, rest timer will start as soon as you finish a set! And you can always adjust sets and reps after starting a workout.

Highly recommended!

Great and clear app

I will definitely be using this app for a long time This is a great app. It’s clear and easy to navigate, have a lot of different types of workout that you can create and the best part is you can use the fitness app to connect to it. It’s clear and it has videos of every workout. I felt so motivated to do my workout using this app as I am not familiar with all the workouts.

Easy to use!

This app has many free workouts opinions with videos showing how to do it properly. Every time I did some exercise, I searched how to videos or pictures on google but with this app, I don’t need to do it which makes it way easier. Also creating workout program for myself is easy and simple to use. Definitely recommend!
