i'm locked out of my account
i was logged out the other day and i can't remember my password. since there's no change password function i'm basically locked out. i've tried everything so if the devs see this please add a forgot password option

GIVE STRAY KIDS THEIR AD
we worked hard to vote for stray kids to get the times square ad, some people even paid for the votes. the fact that some people waited for SEVEN whole hours to see the ad but having it not show up is absolutely RIDICULOUS. the reward clearly stated a ONE DAY ad not a one time ad. we want nothing but to support our idols and this happens??? give us the reward you promised

the ads do not load for me, and neither does the free charging. i can’t support my favourite artists, please fix this
