Not working then fixed

Tried to backup files and received message “unable to detect device”-despite the light coming on the device. Contacted PhotoStick support and Apple help. The support team at Photostick were very helpful as well as the support team at Apple. The problem was fixed with in twenty four hours after many emails.

Have logged in connected device to IPhone 11 cannot back up files. Say need to connect device. Already in need to back up photos

Waste of money

Online chat helpful, apparently ios16 means installing the Omni software is more complicated but managed to get my phone to recognise it. However, if your photos are stored in a cloud as well as on your phone the chat told me it won’t be backed up. So I spent $A on a usb drive for 8 photos. Does not work like they advertise. Complete waste of money, do not buy, it’s not fit for purpose.
