Some recent reviews:

"...thank you for developing such an invaluable app. As a self-help app, I really appreciate how it provides a plethora of helpful, positive self-affirmations to select, in order to try and replace the negative ones with. Other self-help apps ask the user to provide their own alternative affirmations, which I find that can be an impossible task - if one is so steeped in limiting, negative thoughts, feelings and perspectives about one's self. Everyone - no matter who they are - have doubts and insecurities about themselves selves and therefore, I feel this app is beneficial for all..."

"I love love love this app! I just discovered it, but I've been looking a long time for an app to help me cope with social anxiety/perfectionism/low self esteem... It really helps me understand my feelings and try to confront them head on!"

This app is exactly what I need!

This app is so simple yet rich with valuable information. I’ve only had the app for a short period of time, but already it is helping me to challenge my negative beliefs and proactively approach triggers and stressful situations with positive actions and thoughts. I can use the app when I’m feeling overwhelmed by a negative thought and find a new one that resonates with me. I also absolutely love that you can listen to your saved ‘belief’ quotes - I love listening to them first thing in the morning as a meditative practice with affirmations that I have chosen and actually mean something to me. Absolutely would recommend to a friend. I’d give it 5 stars except my version of the app doesn’t seem to have reminders available and lots of the themes are still locked and I’m not sure when they/how they will become available.

Developer Response ,

Hi Bowhdjab66, thank you for your detailed review. We are so happy to hear that our work is helping people.
To access reminders, from your Gallery, tap the bell icon under an Insight. You can set daily of weekly reminders from there.
We have recently released two new themes: Anger, and Anxiety. Simply update to the latest version from the App Store to access these Themes. We are ramping up the release of new content, with our team of therapists busy writing for many more themes.

Love it. Worth it.

In the short time that I’ve had this app, I can really see its worth. It is clear how this training will improve my anxiety and I already feel less hopeless and “stuck”. I love it already and can’t wait to see where it goes. So much value for this app. Could not recommend this enough. It takes cognitive behavioural therapy and turns it into tiny bite size, easy to digest pieces. Tackling my anxiety never seemed so doable.

I suggest that if you save the same “challenge” from a different “think ladder” that it doesn’t save the “challenge” multiple times. Save it just once in the gallery but when you click “view user journey” show the multiple different journeys that got us there to saving the challenge. This would prevent my gallery from saying the same thing multiple times. Maybe have multiple stars or something in the corner to indicate that you have multiple journeys leading there.

Good MVP

I really love the concept! It felt like little words of reason to counter my anxious thoughts.
I would love to see “health anxiety” or “trust” related topics in future app releases!
