I love it, I will never change.

Been using Mike Thurston apps for 3 years or so now. I’ve learnt a lot on workout plans, not leaving until I’ve finished all my excercises, recording the weight, progressive overload, when to do failure sets, plan cycles. Went from average gym goer to a head turner at the gym. The programs really fill you out, if you follow it 5x per week……you really get some mean results. Also ensure your eating right also, combine a healthy high Protein diet with the thrst app workouts and you will for sure become addicted to the results.

Needs Free Trial

App looks amazing. Definitely something I’d want to use. However, without a free trial, I’m hesitant to pay a full subscription without trying the app before. I’m sure there are plenty of others like me.

The ‘free’ version offers much less than the full it seems, but the personalisation is the important part. A free week trial with almost complete functionality would make more sense, allowing users to get fully immersed in the app with their personalised workout and meal plans before committing.

Amazing

Great exercises in a simple format.
Only improvement I can think of would be a suggested weight for each exercise based on skill level.
e.g. Advanced is 20kg, Intermediate 15kg, Beginner 10kg

This could be based of users past records.
