Description

Your favorite sound effects, always one tap away.
Thwip is fun and polished soundboard app for iOS and watchOS *airhorn noise* — I know "Thwip" is hard to pronounce *womp womb*, but it supports iOS 17's interactive Widgets and StandBy, the ability to import any audio file using the native File Picker, and customize your boards.

## Custom Sounds (iOS only)
You can import any audio file, and customize it's look by picking a color, icon, and name.

## Built-in Sounds
You just want to download it and play a *sad trombone*? You got it, Thwip includes some fun sounds:
* Air-horn,
* Rimshot,
* Sad Trombone,
* Tadaa,
* That Inception Horn,
* Bell (Siracusa Style™)
* Crickets,
* Rangers (you'll know, if you're over 25),
* Web Shooting

## Why would you use this for?
Great question, let's see, I personally wrote this app because I think it's fun to play sound effects during calls, meetings, or anytime really.
But then my 2-year-old son loves to play clips of himself talking and laughing, and that makes me smile.
Great for that D&D session, voice overs, make some betas, I don't know, it plays sounds, it's fun, you can get creative.

…oh, and the Apple Watch version has a custom "Web Shooting" mode which is also great fun to strap your watch on your palm and just pretend you're an arachnid-based super hero or something.

What’s New

Version 1.0.2

Fixed a crash when opening the Settings view.

(1.0.1)
‣ New (simpler) Shortcut action: Just pass in the name of the sound you want to play, and pick if it's a custom imported sound or a built-in one!
‣ Fixed an issue where the Apple Watch app icon wouldn't load

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, I'm working hard on some new features and improvements — but for now:
Eh Th-Th-Th-Th-Th-Th-Th-“That's all Folks!”

DuckFisher ,

Incomplete

Desperately needs the ability to remove the default sounds or at least confine them to seperate profiles/pages. It should also be possible to stop sounds somehow, with a second tap or dedicated button. Still better than 90% of the soundboard apps on iOS.

Developer Response ,

Love all these suggestions, and I can tell you that they are all coming very soon!
