NOTIFY WHEN FOUND -- Use the Tile Network to help find your things. If your Tile is lost, add your contact information so you can be reached when someone scans the QR code on your lost Tile. QR Codes are available on 2022 Pro, Mate and Slim Tiles.
SMART HOME COMPATIBLE - Tile works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, so finding is easier than ever. Sync your Tile account in the Alexa App or Google Home app to activate this feature.

Get the most from Tile with a Premium Plan
Subscribe to a Plan for the most robust finding experience for all of your Tiles. You’ll receive a Smart Alert notification when you leave something behind. For U.S. subscribers, if you do actually lose something, and Tile can’t find it, we reimburse you up to your item reimbursement limit.

All new users are eligible for a 30 day free trial of a Premium or Premium Protect Plan. Afterwards, Premium is available for a monthly or annual subscription and Premium Protect is available for an annual subscription.

Item Reimbursement is provided under Premium and Premium Protect subscription with no additional fees through XCover.com and is currently available to U.S, subscribers only.

After your one-month free trial (new customers only), payment will be charged to your iTunes account. Your free trial will end, and your iTunes account will be charged, 30 days after you sign up for Tile Premium or Premium Protect.
Premium and Premium Protect require installation of the Tile application, ownership of a Tile-enabled device, Tile account registration, acceptance of Tile’s Terms of Service and acknowledgment of Tile’s Privacy Policy.
For Japan: No refunds or exchanges for convenience are permitted.

Handy Tool

I have owned the KeySmart Pro and have loved the functionality and the Tile compatibility it offers. I have used the Tile function many times, as I have the memory of a gold fish (I lose my keys often). However, thank you to Tile and it’s intuitive App I have the ability to track my belongings (and spy on my dog that wonders). Tracking has never been so easy, with a few steps to pair with my phone it was as easy as picking your nose. I upgraded to a premium subscription purely because its worth it, I also invested in a better key system in the KeySmart MAX - prettier, charge last longer, brighter light - now I have no excuse to lose anything. Definitely recommend this product, insurance you didn’t think you needed.

Great idea, good device, horrendous app

Some apps are built around a great idea and/or a clever device - but are SO bad that you just hope and pray that the company will collapse or be taken over - by ANYONE, and the app rebuilt. Even a group of high school kids would produce a better app than this sorry disaster. I could show you a dozen images taken one right after the other, of the app saying it cannot locate my cat, and the cat next to me. Because this dumb piece of software has no "Reset and try again”, and fails half the time when I REALLy need to locate my pet. These guys are so proud of their "social network" that they have absolved their responsibility of reliability, putting the burden on others. How devious is that?
I can only assume the majority of good reviews are either from people using it to locate their keys around the house or a pet in an apartment. Sure. Works great for playing hide-and-seek around the house.
The hardware works reasonably well. The software.. well, I wish there were "minus" stars one could award. I don't loathe many apps - this one I heartily do, because it lets me down at keeping my pet safe.

Useless because of its inconsistency

Giving a one star rating because tile has become so unreliable. I have owned dozens of tiles over many years and had been happy with their functionality. But a couple of years ago, something changed and the app now regularly stops communicating with the tiles, making them useless when you need them most. I have tried logging out and back in, which works, until it all of a sudden doesn’t. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, again this works, until without notice, it doesn’t. I rely on my tile app daily to locate phone, keys and bags (we are a neurodivergent household and misplace our belongings a lot). The quality and longevity of individual tiles has also deteriorated. My most recent purchase of a tile pro double pack (less than 3 months ago) already has one of the tile no longer working. The main reason I have stuck with tile, is the ‘find phone’ feature but the inconsistent functionality means I’m reluctantly going to go with the Apple tracker.
